Christmas Tree Lane Opens at the Promenade Mall
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and, at the Promenade Mall in Temecula, you can enjoy the beauty of holiday decorations while also donating to a good cause, when local holiday shopper’s favorite, Christmas Tree Lane, officially opens on Saturday, November 8th. A fundraiser now in its eighth year, the non-profit organization Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley has been asking volunteers, designers and businesses to donate their time and funds to decorate unique Christmas trees, all with different themes and styles, to be raffled off to support their charitable efforts.

Though mainly a contemporary abstract artist, Bitter also finds herself pursuing the medium of traditional printmaking, depending on her mood. This Veteran’s Day weekend, there is an exciting opportunity to not only honor our nation’s heroes, but be entertained in the process, when the contemporary rock musical Skytrooper comes to the Rancho California RV Resort in Aguanga. The songs for Skytrooper were written by Producer and Lead Vocalist, Bill Ellis; some written while he was serving in Vietnam as an infantryman with the 1st Air Cavalry Division during 1968-69.
