Trio of Easter Egg Hunts this Saturday in Temecula
Luckily, the representatives of the City of Temecula and the superior Community Services Department still covet traditional family values and are presenting their annual Easter Egg Hunts this Saturday, April 4th.
This year, Peter Cottontail will hop his way to not one… not two… but three of Temecula’s beautiful community parks, including Harveston Community Park (28596 Dalton Road), Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park (32380 Deer Hollow Way) and Temeku Hills Park (31367 La Serena Way), where he will drop his colorful collection of oval-shaped delights for children ages 1 to 12.
The fun bunny hunting will begin promptly at 10:00 am but organizers encourage visitors to this spring fling arrive by 9:30 am as crowds will be plentiful and the egg hunt will begin immediately. The Easter egg hunts will be divided according to age groups. Special needs hunts will be available at all three parks.
Just because all the Easter eggs have been found doesn’t mean the fun has to stop! Guests have the chance to take pictures with the man of the hour – the Easter Bunny – and enjoy music and games.
More information about this year’s Easter celebrations can be found at temeculaevents.org, as well as a link to the adorable “Bunnyville” website, which includes games, puzzles and coloring pages celebrating everyone’s favorite holiday hare.
So hop on down to the City of Temecula’s trio of Easter Egg Hunts this Saturday and be grateful our town isn’t hunting those fun bunnies Northern California has been known to hide.
Happy Easter from What’s Up? Temecula!

Anyone know how they are splitting up the age groups?
