Event Details:

  • What: Pechanga Microbrew Festival and Chili Cook Off
  • When: Saturday, June 6, 2015
    1:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Where: Pechanga
Raise a glass to the beginning of summer at the 7th Annual Pechanga Microbrew Festival and Chili Cook Off, this Saturday, June 6th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm in the Grand Ballroom.

For $50 per person ($30 designated driver), beer lovers can taste unlimited samples of craft and small production brews from San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange counties, as well as selections from Northern California, the Midwest and East Coast. With over 100 microbreweries now in Southern California alone, the Pechanga Microbrew Festival is the perfect opportunity to find a new favorite draft from hundreds of selections, all in one convenient ballroom.

If drinking good quality brew makes your stomach growl, Pechanga’s award-winning chefs will be serving up tastes of eight different styles of chili. Guests have the chance to vote for which chili they think should be crowned Pechanga Chili Champion.

Live entertainment will keep the party going all afternoon featuring Lee Rocker, bassist for the iconic eighties band The Stray Cats. Guests can also participate in the silent auction which features prizes such as getaway stays, golf outings, sports memorabilia and culinary-themed gift baskets.

Proceeds from the event support Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley programs including homebuilding, free Healthy Homes and Financial Wellness workshops, neighborhood revitalization, home improvement on behalf of veterans and the organization’s two ReStore locations.

For more information, tickets and a full list of participating breweries, visit Pechanga’s website. You must be 21 years of age to attend the festival.

So designate a driver or arrange for a cab because the Pechanga Microbrew Festival and Chili Cook Off is a beer drinker’s (or chili lover’s) fantasy come to life.

Sorry we can’t be there. Two of our favorite food groups! 🙂
