Photo Gallery: La Tomatina at Europa Village Winery 9/7/2014

On the afternoon of Sunday, September 7th, dozens of eager wine lovers warmed up their pitching arms for Europa Village Winery’s La Tomatina 2014.

Benefitting Safe Alternatives For Everyone (S.A.F.E.), an organization committed to providing assistance to victims of domestic violence, La Tomatina brought the spirit of Valencia, Spain to the Temecula Valley. After being treated to a gourmet tomato-themed dinner provided by Europa’s own Executive Chef, Dean Thomas, attendees grabbed their protective t-shirts and wine glasses and headed out to the vineyard.

From there it was good, old fashioned, messy fun when the tomatoes started flying! It was a perfect way to get out your aggressions while raising money for a great cause.
