The 13th Annual KFROG Cares Concert, this Monday, April 13th at Pechanga Resort & Casino, brings together three of the country genre’s hottest up-and-coming artists; all to benefit the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.

What pairs really well with wine? Cheese? Fruit? Well, yes, but also chocolate and Pechanga has brought this delectable culinary combination together for a whole weekend at Chocolate Decadence and the Pechanga Wine Festival this weekend.

Second only to the Beach Boys for the most Billboard Chart-topping albums and singles by an American band, Chicago has solidified their place in musical history; releasing 23 gold, 18 platinum and 8 multi-platinum albums and 21 top-ten hits including “Saturday in the Park,” “If You Leave Me Now,” “You’re the Inspiration,” “Will You Still Love Me,” and “Look Away.”

Comedian Jeff Garcia is such a family man that he conducted our phone interview from his son’s baseball team party; not wanting to miss all the fun. Having concentrated on children’s entertainment, it seems as though many of Garcia’s career choices were geared towards those little athletes.

The Pechanga performances of “Les Misérables” are being staged by Riverside County’s Theatre Royal, they are directed by Scott King and include Temecula Valley residents in the cast, including local fourth grader, Jasmine Carlton, in the role of young Cosette.

Jeff Capri didn’t really have to think too much when it came to making his career choice. He just decided to join the family business. A stand-up veteran, Capri has performed at venues all over the world; and at a few places that can’t really be called “venues.”

On December 31st, 1961, at the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium, five young men from Southern California performed their first paying gig; a memorial concert and dance show honoring the late Ritchie Valens. The group, comprised of brothers Carl, Brian and Dennis Wilson, their longtime friend Al Jardin and cousin Mike Love, were being promoted for the first time on radio and in print as The Beach Boys.

Comedian Vince Morris has an intrapersonal struggle. Regardless of his insecurities, Morris has never doubted his choice of profession.
