Do you sit in front of the TV, watching shows like “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race” and think to yourself, “I could totally be on this show.” Well, now is your chance to test your reality show skills while supporting a very good cause.

Created by former “Survivor” contestant Gillian Larson (pictured), the 5th Annual Reality Rally is bigger and better than ever, with over 120 reality show stars converging on the Temecula Valley to participate in a two-day charity event filled with fun and competition.

The reality round up begins on Friday when stars from shows like “Survivor,” “Big Brother,” “The Bachelor” and many more walk down the red carpet to the opening night reception, where attendees can mix and mingle with their favorite reality stars, enjoy a few nibbles and drinks and play a few fun casino-style games. Reception tickets are $30 per person at the door.

Saturday is the day to show what you’ve got, when participants can compete alongside reality stars in an “Amazing Race” around Old Town Temecula. Each team will include three players from the public and one reality show contestant.

After the race is over the fun continues on the grounds of Temecula City Hall at the Reality Rally Festival. For $10 per person, the public is invited to autograph sessions and meet and greets, chef demonstrations, games, activities, food and fun.

Proceeds from the Reality Rally weekend will benefit Michelle’s Place, Temecula’s own breast cancer resource center. For more information on the charity, please visit www.michellesplace.org.

The Reality Rally was created as a way for Larson to use her “Survivor” status to help give back to the community she loves and she is thrilled to give her friends and neighbors the chance to experience a little bit about what it’s like to be a reality TV star while helping those in need.

“We want the whole of Temecula and beyond to know what a really good time they can have helping us raise funds for Michelle’s Place,” Larson said. “We have so many exciting parts to it and there really is something in the weekend for everyone.”

For more information on the Reality Rally, tickets for either Friday or Saturday’s events and a list of the reality stars scheduled to attend, visit www.realityrally.com.

So grab your immunity idol, form your alliances and head out to the Reality Rally. And if this story hasn’t convinced you, from what I can see in the press materials, the event is Kardashian free!
